The Big City

As my week in the big city comes to a close there have been several personal victories and also a few mishaps....the latest being spilling a $2.00 soda in my nice hotel room. Normally this wouldn't be that big of a deal, however, I am a soda junkie and have no more soda. It does make me reflect on things I take for granted. Like driving ten miles into town (with virtually no traffic) and no bad guys waiting in the corner. Similar to the "bad guys" of this morning hiding in the parking garage with a digital code reader to get into people's vehicles. No....the company mini van was not hit...(probly cuz it is what it is). I did not find out about this until I had walked (alone) a half mile away and now the threat of darkness loomed and there was still 4 more hours left in the show. I had not completed my shopping yet....but would I be safe and was my mini van violated??? Hmmm....what to do.....
